Brainspotting is the revolutionary and highly effective mind-body treatment that uses relevant eye positions to access the brain/body’s innate self-scanning and self-healing capacities, and thus release the core neurobiological sources of emotional and/or body pain, trauma, dissociation, and a variety of challenging symptoms.
BSP Phase 1 Objectives
- Apply the dual attunement frame which includes relational and neurobiological attunement
- Define the components of Brainspotting
- Utilize the techniques of Inside Window, Outside Window, Gazespotting and Resource Brainspotting.
- Define how Brainspotting can be applied to Trauma, Dissociation, Sports psychology, Somatic conditions.
- Identify how Brainspotting can be integrated into every treatment model.
- Demonstrate the theories and practices of Brainspotting.
- Describe how the processing in Brainspotting is facilitated by observing sequential internal experience.
- Attendees can go back to their offices and immediately use BSP with their clients.
